Rowing Canada Aviron is holding the 2009 Junior National Team Camp at Shawnigan Lake, BC on March 14th - 22nd. This camp includes a full week of on-water training, ergometer testing, core training, and information sessions from a variety of presenters, including Senior Men’s Head Coach Mike Spracklen, Olympic Gold Medalist Malcolm Howard, and members of Rowing Canada’s Integrated Support Team.
