Licensing Policy for Officials



Any person may obtain an RCA Official’s License by becoming familiar with the RCA Rules of Racing (available from the National Office in Victoria) by attending an RCA sanctioned Official’s clinic, and by passing Official’s written and practical examinations and obtaining
registration with RCA.
