Hello adaptive athletes and coaches,
 
In preparation for adaptive racing at Henley this year, RCA's Adaptive Rowing Development Committee is supporting the attendance of 2 panels of classifiers at the regatta as per FISA regulations. We are fortunate this year to have 2 international and 2 national classifiers who will be available to you for classification purposes. All adaptive athletes participating in the regatta MUST have been classified by at least a national level classifier prior to racing.  If you are or know of any athlete in need of classification (ie: has not previously been classified prior to August 9th, 2008), we will be present at the Henley site on Saturday August 9th between 3 and 5 pm. Please let me know if you require classification and we can schedule an appointment. If this time is not convenient for you, let me know as well and we can make alternate arrangements. We will also be playing a role in ensuring safe and fair racing for all of you. In addition we can be available as a resource to coaches, athletes and the umpires at the regatta, so please come and say hello and introduce yourselves.
